Et Halstead has been with JCW Group since 2010. He helped to develop the UK Financial Services practice before founding the New York office in 2012. In 2021, Et moved to Boston to set up the third JCW Group US office. From 2019-2021 he has served as Chief Commercial Officer and then as Chief Operating Officer from 2021-2025. In 2025, Et stepped into the role of Chief Executive Officer

When Et isn’t working in strategy and leadership, he remains closely involved on the ground, supporting clients across the Finance, Risk, and Governance space as a search specialist — after all, it takes a specialist to find one.
